A Graphic Sound
The short graphic novel is an abstract work featuring a protagonist who witnesses the destruction of his city and struggles to fight the corrupting influences. The story's look, characters, and environment all share the social observationist perspective taken by Algren, many of whose songs are reflections on corporatization, consumerism, cultural decay, and societal resignation.
The band members brought the graphic novel idea to local writer Jason Hissong and Wisconsin artist Brian Defferding of Deftoons Comics and Illustration (http://www.deftoons.com/), who worked together to craft an original story and design influenced by the eleven songs that will appear on Wayward Sound. Hissong incorporated song titles and lyrics into the script while Defferding used his underground drawing style to provide the perfect visual complement to the music.

It's luxury baby!
Here's the clip.
Sooooo here ya go, it's about time that this was realized, don't you think? Artists posting music on the internet to share with the WORLD. This is not something that is new. Sure we think music on the internet is all gonna be pirated Snoop Dogg discs (S N double O P!), but it's been this brooding grounds for so long.
That is what we are doing. Digging through these artists to shine light on bands that have the sounds you want to hear. Record lables are dying, and it's now our time to rise up and give people music, not the rock star image. I've been to better $5 shows than shows in the Garden!
KEEP THE DREAMS ALIVE!
