Going Green and Making a Difference

I have always been a fan of companies that promote social action, environmental changes, anything that makes the world a better place. Recently (thanks to twitter) I came across an indie label that is doing just that.



Branch Records is an independent record company based out of Panama City, Florida. Not only do they provide the world with some very talented indie artists (American Fiction, The Carolina's, Eutopian Accident, just to name a few) they also teamed up with Sustainable Harvest International to help bring more green to our beautiful planet.

Trees are very important to our home. They remove CO2 from our atmosphere reducing the impact of the greenhouse affect. Branch Records removes 6 pounds of CO2 every year with every album sold. This is just one fact that Branch Records puts out. They do everything green, from planting trees to keping their studios as eco friendly as they get, Branch Records is making the world a better place.
